Refunds & Substitution Policy
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:
- If the order is cancelled 24 hours before the delivery date, we will process the refund.
- If order is cancelled after we attempted to deliver, we will withhold the delivery charge.
- If product arrives damaged, Genesis Floral will provide a replacement if the the damaged product is returned by you or there is a photograph showing the damage within 3 days of original delivery date.
After 3 days, we are unable to process any credit or discount for any flower arrangement purchase.
After 14 day period, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund for plants or orchids.
DELIVERY POLICY:
- If we are unable to leave the flowers with a doorman or package room, we will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor. If no one is home, we will leave the flowers in front of the recipients door and leave a voicemail and/or text message.
- If we are unable to complete the delivery for any reason due to incorrect address, no recipient telephone number or recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery, we will proceed with delivery the next business day.
In any and all cases, we will process a complimentary delivery attempt the next business day. Any additional attempts are subject to re-delivery charge.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
- If it is absolutely necessary, we will substitute one flower for another of equal or greater value. We want to ensure we provide you with high quality fresh flowers.
- Due to market conditions and availability, substitutions may occur with flowers, greens, or containers. We will always do our best to maintain the overall aesthetic design.
- Holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc., require a higher demand for substitutions.
